Independent product engineer · Operator · AI-accelerated
I take products from idea to MVP to market. A Bachelor of Accountancy and a BBA in Banking & Finance from the University of Mississippi, plus a math minor — with operator instincts and AI-accelerated engineering for businesses that need revenue, not roadmaps.
01The launch curve
Most builds stall between idea and market. This is the curve I run: the shortest commercial path from a problem to paying customers.
Illustrative lifecycle model. Timelines depend on scope. The point is to compress months into days and put the product in front of paying customers sooner.
02Track record
A few of the businesses I've built for, and the results that followed. Client results, framed as such.

03The lab
Lightweight versions of products businesses actually buy. Open one, click around: they run. This is the range.

Medical SaaS
A practice-management workspace: today's schedule, patient intake, claims metrics, and booking.
Business automation
A visual automation builder: trigger, condition, action, and a live run log with saved metrics.
Mobile app
A polished mobile expense-splitting app for trips: balances, activity, insights, settle up.

04Operator first
I have a Bachelor of Accountancy in Accountancy and a BBA in Banking & Finance, with a minor in mathematics, all from the University of Mississippi. I started my career at PwC, where I learned how companies actually make, report, and audit money. My experience since has been advisory-adjacent — close enough to pricing, compliance, clients and the P&L to know what matters, without pretending I ran an advisory practice.
That's why LaunchForce builds like an operator. I don't just ship features. I help commercialize the product: what to build first, how to price it, how customers onboard, and which numbers prove it is working.
Find the price the market will pay, and the package that makes it easy to say yes.
Sharpen the story so the product sells itself in a demo and survives a procurement call.
Design the first ten minutes, then the first ten weeks, so users come back.
Instrument the business, not just the app: conversion, churn, margin, payback.
Most software fails commercially, not technically. I build for the P&L.

05Why it works
Every week a product is not live is a week of burn, missed revenue, and a competitor learning your market. AI-accelerated engineering compresses the build. Operator judgment keeps it pointed at revenue instead of features nobody buys.

Twenty minutes. Tell me the bottleneck. You'll leave with a plan to ship it, price it, and sell it.
Prefer email? Tell me what you are building and what is blocking it. You'll hear back the same day.
